You can book a consultation directly through the online booking system or by texting Jill at 0422 293 893. Please note that online and in-person consultations are available.

What happens during a consultation?

  • First-Time Clients: The initial consultation lasts 60-75 minutes and includes a comprehensive review of your health history, current concerns, and lifestyle. Jill will craft a personalized herbal treatment plan tailored to your needs.

  • Returning Clients**: Follow-up consultations last 60 minutes to review progress, adjust treatment, and address any new concerns.

Can I have a short consultation if I’ve seen Jill before?

Yes, returning clients can book a shorter 20-30 minute consultation for minor concerns or a quick review of current treatments.

How are consultations held?

Jill offers consultations both in-person at her Tascott home office (for local patients or those willing to travel) and online via FaceTime or WhatsApp.

What is the cost of a consultation?

  • First-Time Clients: $130

  • Returning Clients: $115

  • Short Consultation (Returning Clients Only): $75

Prices for infant and child consultations are negotiable.

How are herbal remedies shipped?

All herbal remedies are shipped via Australia Post Express and should arrive within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Rate: $20

Pensioner discounts are available. Please enquire.

What if my herbal remedy arrives broken or damaged?

Jill nor the patient are not liable for breakages that occur during shipping. If your product arrives broken, please provide a photo of the damaged bottle, still in its packaging, and send it to Jill within 24 hours of receiving the item.

How long will it take to receive my herbs?

Herbal remedies are typically prepared within 1-2 days of your consultation and then shipped via Express Post, which generally takes 1-2 business days for delivery.

Can I ask questions after my consultation?

Yes, Jill encourages clients to reach out with any follow-up questions. Simply text her directly, and she’ll respond as soon as possible.

Are consultations covered by health insurance?

Jill’s consultations may be covered by some private health insurance providers. Please check with your provider for details.
